How can I create a customer account with Homidea?

Move the mouse over the "Login" bar and then click on the "New customer? Register now" link to go to the registration page. Please fill out all mandatory fields truthfully.
Make up a secret password for the "Password" field. We recommend a length of at least 6 characters for a secure password, the use of special characters, numbers, and large and small letters. Please remember your password and the email address you provided, as you will need this information for future logins.
Confirm your entry by clicking the "Next" button. You will then be redirected to your user account.

 

How can I change my customer data?

In your Homidea customer account, you can change your name, email address and password, save delivery and billing addresses and manage your subscriptions via My customer profile.
To store the data, please click on the "Change" button and fill in the pop-up that opens.
Finally, click the "Save" button to confirm your changes.

 

How can I order from Homidea?

When you have found the item you are looking for in our shop, click on the button of the same name in your shopping cart. You can reach your shopping cart at any time by clicking on "Go to shopping cart" at the top right or by adding articles. From here you can check your preselected goods at any time and pay and complete your order by clicking on "Proceed to checkout".
A valid email, billing and delivery address is required for a successful order completion. In the case of a furniture delivery company, we also need your telephone number so that our shipping service provider can coordinate your delivery date directly with you.

I forgot my password, how do I get a new one?

If you have forgotten your password, you will find the "Forgot your password?" Function in the login area for your customer account below the input field. There you can enter your e-mail address and click the "Submit" button to generate and send a new password.

 

How soon will I receive my order?

Many products that you can order through Homidea are ready for dispatch within 48 hours and can be delivered in a few days.
We always show the specific delivery time for individual products on the product details page. If you have chosen the payment method prepayment or credit card, the logistical processing only begins after receipt of payment.

 

Is the shipping really free?

Deliveries within the EU are generally free of shipping costs. Our deliveries are made on working days (Monday to Friday) between 7 a.m. and 6 p.m. You can arrange desired dates, late deliveries or Saturday deliveries with the freight forwarder if required, at an additional cost.
