Received damaged item

If an item has been delivered to you damaged, you can of course complain about the item. Please send us a short description and photos of the damaged item using the contact button.

As a rule, we check whether corresponding spare parts are available and send them to you as quickly as possible. If this is not the case, you will receive a shipping label for the exchange by email.
Please pack the goods so that they survive the return without new damage.
If your item was delivered by parcel service, it will collect your goods from you again. You will not receive a shipping label for this. The pick-up date (1-2 working days) will be discussed with you.
At your request, your money will be refunded to your account or the replacement product will be sent to you.

The return of a damaged or defective product is definitely free of charge for you.

 

Wrongly delivered item

If the wrong item has been delivered to you, please send us a short message and photos of the wrongly delivered goods using the contact button. Please pack the goods so that they survive the return without damage.
If your item was delivered by parcel service, it will collect your goods from you again. You will not receive a shipping label for this. The pick-up date (1-2 working days) will be discussed with you.

At your request, your money will be refunded to your account or the replacement product will be sent to you.

The return of an incorrectly delivered product is definitely free of charge for you.

 


Item delivered twice

If an item has been delivered to you twice and you decide to keep the item, you can simply send us a short message using the contact button. If your item was delivered by parcel service, it will collect your goods from you again. You will not receive a shipping label for this. The pick-up date (1-2 working days) will be discussed with you.

 

Your money will be refunded to your account as soon as we get the product back.

The return of a duplicate product is definitely free of charge for you.

  

Returns without reason or any other reason

If you want to return the product without reason or for reasons that are not related to damage or defects, such as ordered by mistake, no longer required, unexpected quality, wrong product ordered, etc. We can offer you our flat rates for returning the product.

The flat fee for the return will be deducted from your refund.

10 - 15 KG 14.20 EUR

15 - 20 KG 17.30 EUR

20 - 25 KG 20.80 EUR

25-30 KG 22.60 EUR

30 - 40 KG 27.40 EUR

If you agree with our flat rates, please let us know briefly that we can order the collection of the product from your address.

If you would like to organize the return of the product yourself, please let us know the tracking details.

We can refuse the repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have sent the goods back, whichever is the earlier, you have the goods immediately and in any case within fourteen days at the latest to be returned or handed over to us from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send off the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You will bear the direct costs of the return.You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling that is not necessary for checking the nature, properties and functionality of the goods.
